2 Large rooms for rent in 3bd2ba house for $450 plus 1/4 utilities. There is currently a couple in their mid-20s, both professionals, who live in the master bedroom. You will be sharing the bathroom with the 4th room mate. You will have open access to the kitchen, both living rooms, Arizona room, hot tub, large back yard, shed, laundry, and your own parking space. There is currently a medium sized dog also living at the house. Another dog is welcome as long as it is friendly with people and other dogs. We are laid back and are ok with the occasional get together/bbq, but not ok with large parties and not 420 friendly. Would prefer others in their mid 20s going to school or working. No cats. No smoking.
