Roommate wanted! The house is located at power and southern by Arizona golf resort.
We currently have the master room available for $350 plus utilities. The house is approximate 2,000 sq. feet, 2 car garage, 3 bedroom/ 2 bath + den and washer/dryer is included. Both current occupants are graduates of Arizona State University. We both work full time jobs and usually have weekends offf. both responsible, hard working people! Does not matter if roommate is male or female. both occupants in house currently are 25 yr old males. One works AM shift M-F and other person works night shift from 2-11pm M-F with lots of traveling overseas during the month.
Looking for someone that is around the age of 19-28 years old. Attending school is a plus, and MUST have a part/full time job or means of paying rent on time every month. House will be kept extremely clean, looking for someone that is very organized and responsible. We pay our bills on time, we clean our house on a daily basis, and like to go out and have fun on our weekends off.
