Just moved into a Split Floor plan condo in an awesome location, great views, clean unit, furnished (except the bedroom).
I am a 39 year old professional. I would be looking for the same in a roommate. It is located in upscale North Scottsdale, close to freeway, shopping centers, Old Town, Kierland, City North, hospitals, hiking paths and much more. 1200 sq. ft., 2nd floor, great patio with lush desert landscape views, very private. Has full capacity washer/dryer in unit. I am looking for someone that is needing a minimum of 6 month lease but month to month ok if it is the right person. Rent will be $600 plus half the electric (water, trash, basic cable included in rent, internet available). Rates for electric bills I have been told run around $50-70 around the winter months. I will ask for 1 months rent as security deposit. You have your own bathroom on your side of the unit. Beautiful landscaped common areas with pool and hot tub.
What I am looking for in a roommate:
Preferably a female around my age (younger ok), someone who is very RESPONSIBLE, no smoking indoors, can keep common areas CLEAN (I am very clean)
Someone who can definitely pay their bills ON TIME
Someone who I can get along with and who is easy going, I don’t need or want any drama!!
Someone who can RESPECT other people’s belongings
I enjoy having fun so I usually fill my time with friends on the weekend. During the work week I am usually pretty busy throughout most of day. I usually end my day around 7-8 after errands and gym and then eventually relaxing watching tv, cooking and laying low. I prefer someone who can keep it low-key during the work week and likes to have fun and be sociable on the weekends. Having a friend as a roommate is always nice too, but not necessary :-)
