Hi, my name is Eddie. I am 27 and live in a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath apartment here in Chandler. Im right down the street from Chandler Mall. Im looking for a short-term roommie, as my lease is up at the end of February. If things do go well and want to extend the lease together, we can, or can move to another complex also. The $400 I am looking for includes all utilities and cable/internet. As far as what I am looking for....I prefer a female roommie, age 21-30, stable job (so rent can be paid on time), very friendly, loves to hang out and have a good time.
