About Us: My current roommate and I are both 24 years old ladies. I love grilling and being outside, I love to travel, were both very laid back, clean, friendly, and social. Lately weve been running and hiking and biking. We have occasional parties (about once a month or less), on weekdays we go to bed between 8 and 10pm and wake up pretty early so we tend not to have people over that often on weekdays. We are both young professionals looking for someone who also is (although may be open to college students).
About the house: The house is in the Arcadia area of Phoenix just north of Indian School and just east of 35th St. It is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, was completely remodeled in 2005, it is 1800 sq ft, backyard (dog safe), nice neighbors, near great restaurants (LGO, Postinos, the Vig, etc) and bars in 5 minute walking distance. If youre not familiar with the Arcadia area, it is just 5 miles directly West of Old Town Scottsdale, the Biltmore is just 1.5 miles West, and downtown Phoenix is really close too. Its also a 12 minute drive from ASU. I do have a queen bed that can be put in the room if you dont have a bed and bedside tables. The bedroom for rent is large (12 x 18 feet) and has windows with nice wooden shutters on 3 of the walls, great room!
What were looking for: I am looking for someone to move in after November 7th, between the ages of 21-30, and laid back (male or female). I am looking for a clean, social person but not too much of a partier, not someone who hides away in the bedroom all day, a non-smoker, and someone with a similar living style that we would enjoy being around. I would prefer to commit to six months and then play it by ear after that.
