Hello my name is Stephanie, im a 19 yrs old student, i live in a 2br apt. and as of now i have a room available.
My lease will be done in February so this is short term. Id prefer a female, but if not i might take a chance.
No smoking, no drinking, no drugs.
Youll have your own room with your own restroom, washer and dryer included.
Ill even include cable in the living room and Wireless Internet.

I do have a pet, small chihuahua, shes very friendly, doesnt bite. Rent would be $400 and
electricity would be split usually runs $50-35 each.
