My roomie and I are looking for a female roommate to rent out the 3rd room in our house. Hes a guy-Im a gal and no, were not a couple. He thinks its gross to share a bathroom with another dude - whatever! Were just two cool peps looking for someone wholl be comfortable moving in with us. We both have full time jobs during the day. I usually roll in around 4 and hes rarely home before 8. We do have an occassional party. Most of our friends are in their 20s and 30s - its important you know that. We dont want anyone to feel uncomfortable around our group of frineds.
Here some stuff about the house:
3 bedroom home with a pool, fireplace, grass front and back yard, tile through - out, granite counter tops, washer, dryer, and plenty of room. The available room is currently furnished. If you have your own bedroom stuff, Ill move the things in there to the garage.
DTV is hooked up in the spare room and a wireless connection provided to enjoy Cox High Speed Internet access. The pool (not that it’s warm enough anymore) is maintained by an outside service. There is no contract, you can stay month to month - I just ask for a 30 day notice should you decide to move. No deposits.
We have dogs, so it would be tough to add another to the mix.
Ive lived here for a couple of years now. The neighbors are very nice and the neighborhood is quiet. Our home is clean on the inside and out (keeps the neighbors nice)!
