PLEASE beware of this person! She is crazy and you do NOT want to live with her. She expects you to always watch her son, or else she leaves him alone. She constantly has random guys spending the night, for which I think she gets paid - if you know what I mean! She says no drama - everything in her life is drama! She thinks she is entitled to everything, she argues with everything, and she is very unreasonable. On top of that, her house is nasty and old!! Just thought anyone thinking about renting her room should be warned!!
