450/month (inc. utilities) and 500/month (inc. utilities)

My name is Kyle Wright, I am a Ph.D. student at ASU, and am looking for two
roommates. I have two bedrooms for rent, one is $450/month (includes all
utilities) and the other one is $500/month (includes all utilities)

Both rooms have direct TV and wireless Internet is throughout the condo. I
recently purchased the condo and am in the process of renovating it. The
condo has one full bath, one half bath, and a washer and dryer. I am looking
for responsible students. The condo is less than 5 miles away from campus
and is very close to several bus stops. It is near the intersection of Rural and Guadeloupe.

The 500/month room is 100 sq ft. while the 450/month is 80 sq. ft. The total
