35yo STRAIGHT business owner is looking to rent the 2nd Bedroom of my house. I am always working somewhere doing something so I am hardly home during normal hours so the house will be quiet most of the time on my side.
Rent is 500 per month or if I can swing deal where you and a friend both need a room at the same time I will rent them the third room both for $950. This includes Electicity as well as I will include access to broadband internet that you can use.
I have 2 cats who are outdoor / indoor cats and they have their own access to the backyard that is enclosed. I dont mind if you have a cat.. a dog is probably not going to work out but Im willing to talk about it anyway.
My house is in a nice quiet pocket of peace surrounded by cornfields and a green belts so it is about 5-8 degrees cooler than what it is just a mile up the road. Dead end culdesac road on a quiet street. Just a few miles south of I10 and from there you can go to just about anywhere in the valley in 20 minutes. 9 foot deep diving pool in the backyard that your welcome to use. It is a nice touch in the summer. No drugs.. no drama!
Just a nice quiet place to live. There is off street parking avialable. I have a garage that could fit one and the other can park in the driveway or in front of the house. Either way it is a safe place to park. But feel free to ask anything and your always welcome to see the room(s).
