Room Available in premier Northeast Phoenix home/horse property. Perfect setup for horse enthusiast but horses are not required .
I am a 48 year old professional male with a nice room available for rent in my 3000 square foot home. I have one dog and three horses and the property is able to accommodate up to two additional horses. Stalls are cleaned every day and tenant would be expected to help with this duty 2-days per week.

The home is on over an acre with deluxe horse set up including a barn with indoor wash rack, lighted arena, lighted round pen and large tack room. Rent is $425, which includes ample pantry and closet space, all utilities and DirectTV. Horse boarding can be negotiated based upon the individual situation.
