I am looking to share a 3bd/2bth in the La Jolla/UTC area with a roommate. I would like to rent one of the bedrooms with its private bathroom to a young female professional/grad student. I prefer a roommate with no pets and who is a non-smoker. She must be clean, financially stable, responsible, flexible, and respectful.

As for me, I am a working female professional who enjoys cooking, swimming, running, biking, glass working, and going out on the weekends.

Utilities (electricity, water and garbage collection) are included in the rent. Appliances in the condo include a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, microwave etcIt is located in La Jolla near UCSD (west of I-5) in a very nice complex with pool, Jacuzzi, two tennis courts and a pool table, and is very spacious for two people. The condo has a nice wood floor, a big patio and a fireplace. Garage space is available. A local grocery store, movie theaters and a shopping mall are in walking distance. Easy freeway access to I-5, 52, 56, and 805.
