Beautiful home with room for rent

We have a beautiful home with a room for rent. It is a standard sized room with remote control lighting/ceiling fans.. 650 is all bills paid, including wi-fi and cable in your room. Some ammenities of the house are a big screen in the living room, leather furniture. and coming soon washer/dryer. A little about us.. We are a married couple that leads a quiet life. We do not allow drugs or alcohol in our home. We dont party or make alot of noise. We are smokers and have a small kitten.. We arent looking for a saint - just someone responsible who can pay their bills ON TIME! We understand about past problems (legal/drugs/etc) since we are in the same boat.. The price is slightly negotiable for the right person. We have our children (ages 11,12 and 14) every other weekend. Hurry - this room will go fast. First come first serve.
