So I hate my job but realize Im lucky to have one. I am haunted by decisions made (or not made) in my past. Im drinking too much and not living up to my potential. Am I blue or depressed Some days I can find some happiness; other days (like today) its just dismal and grey. Am I just feeling blue or am I depressed Can I climb out of this on my own without drugs I hope so......
