There is not anything inhumane or illegal about catching a cat in a live trap on your own property.
It may very well be inhumane and illegal to kill the cat though! Thats why you just let the Humane Society
decide what is best for the cat. (When they have at least 100 of them!) Oh, and that little tag that you put on
