Minnesota dumb Give me a break! I am not a homer but I have been to almost every state in the USA and if you feel differnt you sould go live there. CO , WI, CA, NY, OH , MT , ND, SD I am not saying MN is the best state out there but there are many state with much dumber people then MN and for all you people that have bad thing to say about this country move we dont care!
