Time-Warner Service is terrible

I know alot of people have problems with Time-Warner, I want to add one more complaint. They broadcast "Ghost Whisperer" on CKWS from 4:00pm until they want to shut it off. Whatever comes on at 5:00pm is locally blocked. At first, they started out shutting off the broadcast a minute or two early so you might miss the credits. Then they started shutting it off about five minutes early cutting off the final scene of the show. Then it became ten minutes. Today, they shut it off over ten minutes early deleting the conclusion of the show. Hey, if you dont want to broadcast the show, dont. If you do, finish it.

I called their automated line to complain which is not one of their options. I called back and chose service problems, and got brushed off.
