So through the grapevine, I hear that this town board puts on a big show to the highway employees telling them what a good job they do, and they will notice it in their raises, " you guys deserve it" soon as they get in their OFFICIAL meeting , these board members turn their backs to the employees, and give them the cold shoulder, they did approve a raise for them but not what they should have got from my point of view. These guys work literally 7 days a week from snow fall til the snows gone, yeah its their job but the elements they are in ( freezing rain, whiteout conditions, etc...) got to be worth something more than just a pep talk. But on another note they are POLITICIANS = LIARS.
