Home headquarters bought and brought down
I don’t know but it seems that if you want to do something, reuse and rebuild the buildings that can be saved instead of tearing them down, sending the crumbles to the so-called Mulch pile off Erie Blvd and put a building to use that could hole more people as it was and be upgraded instead of making a mock ticky-tacky house that will hole 1-2 families at the most and looks like a scaled down version of a home in the classy suburbs.
Tearing down and wrecking is typical in WAR.
The opposite of war is not peace unless your ideals are stronger than your common sense.
War is distraction.
The opposite of war is construction.
Syracuse wrecked most of the East Side and the West Side is on the way out hanging by its last limb and more destruction and its celebrated, endorsed and spoken of as a good thing by people in charge that honestly wouldn’t live there on a bet.
I bet they said the same thing in the 50’s and 60’s tearing the hell out of James Street and near north side, the west Onondaga area and North & South Salina Street which had some damn respectable arcitechure once.
Syracuse: The city that always looks for a better way.
Nice motto. .it looks good on the sign that says LEAVING SYRACUSE
Location: Park Ave, Syracuse West side
