people moving out faster than any time in history,litter filled streets,boarded up houses,drug dealers burning down other drug dealers dope houses,violent fights both male and female,babys having babies,shootings all the time,most of them we dont even hear about,dealing drugs on many,many streets,some right under those great cameras,robberies,hold ups,thugs just wondering the streets all day and night.its now creeping towards winton rd,soon that will be the ghetto also,non responsible parents,scumbag kids.this city is all done,move out of this tax ridden state,and to all you want to be tough guy thugs,get a job you f.....in losers,dress like respectable humans,all you thugs are going know were FAST,YOU EVER NOTICE THE SCUMBAGS THUGS never post on here,its because they dont know how to use a computer,they rather learn how to be a THUG SCUMBAG,WELL THEY ARE LEARNING JUST FINE JUST DRIVE AROUND ROCHESTER AND LOOK FOR YOUR SELF
