anybody else notice Best Buy in Kingston,takes great strides in promoting their crew of supposedly knowledgeable employees called geek squad..WTF !!!!..never fails ..when purchasing an item,,theres always the ever present speil of trying to get you to buy more warranties on it..and if you have ever had the experience of trying to make them come thru to live up to the coverage you bought ,,well ..its always a PIA.. AND NO MATTER WHAT YOU THINK IS COVERED,WHAT THEY SAY ISNT IS JUST WHAT YOU NEED,,ISNT THAT CONVENIENT....WAIT IN LINE,,DEAL WITH KIDS MOSTLY THAT HAVE A HANGOVER A ND JUST DONT GIVE A SHIT..OR REALLY KNOW SHIT..WHAT ATTITUDES...is basic shopping experience there...dont buy any extended warranties...and anybody ever notice when you buy something if you ever need a nything regarding that ,,iys never available...OH WE DONT CARRY THAT,,YOU NEED TO CALL SO AND SO ,,OR GO ONLINE AND BUY ,,,i needed a simple cord,,probably couple bucks,,,HP WANTED TO CHARGE ME 15$$ for S&H...BUYER BEWARE....
