IM TIRED OF BEING RIPPED OFF BY OUR LOCAL GOVERMENT AND IM APPEALING TO YOU GUYS AND GALS TO POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
WHATS PISSING ME OFF IS THAT THE COUNTY TAX MAN IS "KNOWINGLY" TAXING MY PROPERTY AT 40K OVER WHAT ITS WORTH.
HOUSES IN MY NORTH PHOENIX NEIGHBORHOOD ARE SELLING FOR BETWEEN 80k (FORCLOSURES) AND 125k (STANDARD SALES). THEY ARE KNOWINGLY TAXING ME ON 179k.. I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE AND I KNOW THAT FILING A STANDARD TAX APPEAL IS LIKE PISSING INTO THE WIND. WHAT IM LOOKING FOR IS INFO OR PERHAPS OTHERS TO JOIN ME TO TAKE THIS KIETH RUSSELL (ASSESSOR) DOWN FOR TAX FRAUD. HE IS KNOWINGLY DOING THIS AND THERE HAS GOT TO BE AN ORGINIZATION OR LAW INTEREST TO TAKE HIM DOWN. IF IT WENT THE OTHER WAY THEYD NAIL US IN A SECOND.
