If youve ever had the privilege to visit Australia then you KNOW the country and its people. They can be very tough (try playing THEIR version of "football"), and Ive never seen even Irish drink as much as an Aussie.
So it would stand to reason they would take a harder line than we would when it comes to WHO they allow in their country. When I went there in 83 I was scrutinized just like anyone going there would be. I WELCOMED it as I thought, "Great, I dont have to worry about some of the crap we let in our country".
Aussie borders are also more secure.

Get this, years and years of nerve pain. Sometimes unbearable. I just learned to live with it, because everything prescribed and otc makes me feel worse after it wears off or just worthless to take.
