I have no idea why someone would flag a post as you mentioned, but I do have a few highly subjective thoughts about your intentions and motivation.

1) You are in your 60s and consider yourself a cougar A cougar is a woman in her mid-to-late 40s or early 50s. Yes I know that there are many, many women who take care of themselves and look good well past middle age. Most of them are in stable relationships and dont advertise on CL. I am sure you are very attractive for a woman of your age, but sorry, you are not a cougar.
2) I assume that you are a black woman and that is why you seek a black man. If you are that is wonderful and I thank you for wanting to date among your own people. If you are a white woman... I have no further words on the subject. Well, actually I do but I wont say them here.
3) Jealousy is for the immature and insecure. People who indiscriminately flag very likely have some of these issues.
