This is for a Fluidity Bar Workout system. I bought it brand new 2 1/2 years ago and used it for about 3 months. I really liked it but soon stopped working out do to a destraction....my now husband returned from Iraq and I got out of the habit of working out. I have now joined a gym with a friend to get back in shape.

The Fluidity Bar, Fluidity Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced(not opened) DVDs, Fluidity Ball and Pump, 2 Resistance Bands, and the FluidityFit Guide to Healthy Eating. Owners manual included.
