Not a pro butcher, but quality work guaranteed! The deer you kill, is the deer you get back! Ill process your deer the way I do my own. Estimated 2 day turn around !
Prices and services:
-skinned(caping for taxidermist 20$ xtra), quartered, backstraps removed , & bag of scraps -50$
-skinned, quartered, meat boned out, includes 2 ready to cook backstraps, 2 HQ roasts, 2-4 lg HQ steaks, 1 bag of stew meat, scrap meat for grinding. bagged & labeled -100$(up to 150lb deer) 125$ (up to 180lb deer) . Scrap meat ground in electric grinder -50$

I may be able to pick up properly tagged deer in GWL, monroe, warwick or north rockland area.
