Do not buy FIOS!!!!! NOT ready!!!

we have had Verizon FIOS for some time and forget it it does not work like they say. The internet only works if your right next to the router. The all the TVs seem to go to a basic B&W screen with primary color bars waving thru the screen. Called multiply times but they claim everything is working fine. They told us we could hook up multiple tvs but what we have is one dvr and the other are just channel changers. you can not pull up guides, info ,etc. They do not have a real muti room DVR. Their guides arelike guides from the 1980s no real info like TW or Dish. They have a long way to go before they are worth a dime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Replies welcome, looking to file a class action suit.
