- Three full bathrooms with hair dryer in one.
- Office with DSL internet connection (for your laptop) with hi-def TV & DVD player, stereo and very comfortable leather couch (it’s not a sleeper sofa).
- Gourmet kitchen with gas cook-top and double built-in ovens, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and grinder.

NOVEMBER RATES:
1 - 2 people (children do count as "people"): $175/night (2-night minimum), $900/wk.
3 - 4 people: $225/night (2-night minimum), $1,000/wk.
$250 refundable security deposit. If you have pets or children, we add $100 to the deposit. All deposits will be refunded if there are no damages. We take checks, cash, money orders, Paypal (possible fee). Costs include everything: utilities, taxes, maid service before/after for short term renters, every 2 weeks for long-term renters.
