Home is fully furnished with linens, towels, sleeper sofa, dining room set and two bedrooms have office desks. Also furnished is WiFi, cable, two flat screen televisions, kitchen items (pots, pans, etc) and front loading high efficiency washer/dryer.
Located less than 2 miles from Zilker/Barton Springs and less than one mile to the famous SOCO strip. Also close to downtown, convention center, Clarksville, the flagship Whole Foods and everything else you want to see and do. Just across the street is a Cafe Caffeine and Thai Fresh grocery and cafe; two doors down is Davids Convenience Store.
Film crews and production companies welcome! Private parking for up to 8 vehicles. We also have a 2/1 cottage if you need extra accommodations.
Rates:
$200 per weeknight, $300 per weekend night, 2 night minimum please, up to eight guests. Plus tax.
$1400 per week. Plus tax.
$4000 per month. No tax for 30 days or more.
City/State tax is 15%. Cleaning fee is $75.00.
A security deposit of $500 is required and converts to damage deposit.
