We have a vacation rental for rent for the weekend of ACL Festival next year 2010 for $120/night, 2 night minimum. It will require a down payment to secure it that is refundable before January 30th. It is a one night down payment. It is a detached bedroom and full bath in our backyard. It has WiFi, a TV, a queen-sized bed and a mini-fridge. Please let us know if youd like to see photos. I can get them to you at the end of the week. It was just remodeled and has bamboo flooring, a fireplace, a tiled shower, and shared yard space. It is only 2 miles from the festival and located in the French Place neighborhood, near El Chilito, Thunderbird Coffee, Vivo, and Redhouse Bar and Pizza. There is street parking for two cars.
