Our peaceful condo is surrounded by evergreens with the sweet smell of pine and the fresh air of the mountains. It is just a short walk (about 400 yards) to the Peak 9 Quick Silver Lifts and two blocks from historic downtown Breckenridge. It is perfect for Small families and friends looking for a mountain getaway!
We are located in the Lances West complex one block west of Main Street on Broken Lance Drive. Directly across the street is a stop for the free shuttle bus that can take you to the lifts if you chose not to walk or bring you home after a long day of skiing. This shuttle service can take you several places throughout Breckenridge or even connect you with free bus services to any of the other ski area. Bus services are also available to other towns such as Frisco. There is a pool house 20 yards away that has a large outdoor heated pool, 2 outdoor hot tubs, two indoor Jacuzzis and shower rooms. Inside our condo is a romantic gas fireplace, and cozy couches. The bedroom has a Queen size and as many warm blankets as you will need. The loft has a Full Bed and 2 Twin beds. We have cable TV in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a variety of cookware, utensils and dishes. The refrigerator has an icemaker. We have a full range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and blender. Our condo is professionally cleaned and we provide towels and linens for your use during your stay. There are also coin operated laundry facilities in the building.
