Large 5 BR / 3 BA house available for Christmas / New Years rental. House is brand new and located just over 5 miles from Jay Peak resort. House is conveniently located in town not too far from the Jay Country Store (for groceries, beer/wine, and other merchandise) and the Jay Village Inn (for restaurant/bar). House is fully furnished, including all the kitchenware you could imagine.

In all, the furnished living area is over 2,000 square feet. Sleeps 10-12 people comfortably in beds. 3 queens, 2 twins, 1 futon, and 1 sleeper sofa. Air mattress space available if more people need to be accommodated.

$750/night with 4 night minimum, which comes out to about $62/person with 12 people. Thats a difficult rate to beat for a property like this, especially during the holiday time. December 24th through January 6th available. Rental agreement and security deposit required to book reservation.

Discount lift tickets for $40/ticket are also available. This represents a savings of $27/ticket compared to the $67/ticket rate at the ticket window. Tickets are good any day of the season including holidays. No blackouts.
