This 1630 sq. ft. house is nestled in the Snow Mountain Farms community of West Wardsboro, Vermont, with access to community club house, indoor heated pool, and outdoor tennis courts. Very close to snowmobile trails, Stratton Mountain Recreation area, and Grout Pond. Near hiking, biking, canoeing and golfing. Manchester outlet shopping is just 30 minutes away.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house features an open floor plan, with kitchen, dining area, living room with sliders to a large front deck, and full bath on the main level. The first level includes a large mud room, family room, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There is a loft bedroom on the third floor and a large shed outside for storing skis/snowboards.
Other amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, CD player, receiver and 2 DVD players, VCR, DirecTV satellite dish with a new Sony flat screen 27" TV. A second 27" TV with DVD in the family room.
House is fully equipped and sleeps 8-10 people. Tenant brings own sheets and towels (3 dbl beds, 1 dbl pull out sleeper sofa, 2 twin beds). No smoking, no pets please.
