Our high season--Memorial Day to Labor Day--is normally 80% booked at full rates by April each year, and our fall has always filled up in other years, often well in advance; so take advantage! In past years we have had to turn five people away on average for each remaining July and August week till past Labor Day; enjoy the same desirable property for a truly advantageous price this year and the next. Rates $2500 a week high season, with one week minimum stay, Memorial Day to Labor Day; $2000 for Memorial Day Week and till June 6th; $1750-$1850 a week during Spring, Fall Colors and post-Labor Day shoulder seasons; early spring/off season rates are $1500 November and December for non-holiday weeks and February 28th--May 2nd; all rates are subject to a 7% State of Maine Lodging Tax; weekly maid-service is included. The house is equipped with wireless access and cable. Outdoor equipment includes Adirondack chairs, large patio table, Barbeque grill and hammock.
