My timeshare, which is one mile from Disney World and sleeps up to eight, is at the Westgate Towers complex in Kissimmee, a suburb of Orlando. It has all the comforts of home, PLUS 4-star hotel service and amenities. My unit has two bedrooms, a convertible couch, three baths, a whirlpool, a large washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area comfortable for eight, two TVs, DVD player, and a big pool right outside. There are planned activities every day: this is a RESORT. So even if you take a break from the theme parks, you can still find lots to do, right at Westgate.
My week is 11/28-12/5. The tower that my timeshare is located in is one of the newer ones. I believe its six years old.
The great thing about this timeshare is you save so much money on meals and hotel costs. Because its a home away from home, you can food-shop at the Super Walmart a few miles down the road, or at the Puritan Supermarket which is also close by. Bring home the groceries, cook, gather around the table that seats eight or more, and save hundreds or even thousands because youre not eating out all the time. $800 for the week for eight people is also much less than youd pay for a hotel. Do the math: you will love this.
My mortgage is completely paid off, and my maintenance fees and taxes are up to date. This can all be verified. If you rent my timeshare week, all I have to do is let Westgate know youll be there. All you have to do is register.
You DO NOT have to attend some kind of sales seminar. You may be invited to one by the management, but they will be low-key about it, and all you have to do is say no. My friend stayed in my unit a couple of years ago, and she says no one even called her.
