Jungle beach setting

On occasion, we like to rent out our house on the beach...its in a private jungle setting. It has been updated with AC, new queen beds Cable TV, and DVD player with video library. High speed internet...Very cozy living room, with extra sleeping on a new futon. Also has a covered patio, with BBQ. Very secure with fencing around property , and gated. In a small village, yet you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, beach bars, bus top,....you wont need a car here....everything is within a 5 minute walk. Less than 30 seconds to the beach.
