This wonderful 3br condo is on the access road to Sunday River and is set up to handle large families or a couple of families, sleeps 12.

You are close enough to go back and get something if you forget it, which is always helpful for families, or ski a half day and trade off watching the kids with your spouse. Many options are available when you are so close.

We have some special week/weekends still open.

Chistmas/New Years December 24th to January 3rd (11 nights) for $3000.00, or take any 4 nights for $1200.00

MLK Weekend January 15th to January 18th (3 nights) for $1000.00
