The house is located in the heart of the Green Mountains of Vermont, 1/2 mile from the bottom of the Stratton Mountain access road. 15 minutes from Manchester outlet shopping. For more info check out the website for the house at http://strattonmtnhouse.com.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is laid out with a mudroom, the three Bedrooms and two Bathrooms on the 1st Floor. The 2nd Floor is open Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. There is a sleeper sofa in the Living Area that can sleep two. Above the Kitchen is a loft that can sleep two in a full bed. Sleeps up to 11 people.

Other amenities include: washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD, CD player, stereo, coffee maker, electric stove, refrigerator, gas grille and telephone. No smoking.

WINTER 2009/2010:
The house is available for rentals on holidays only: Martin Luther King  (1/11-1/22) Presidents Day  (2/8-2/19) $450/night (three night minimum stay required) or $1,700/week.
