This cabin is privately owened and offered as a vacation rental to guests who will be respectful to the property, the lake and the neighbors. It isnt designed for, or rented to, large groups and isnt rented as a party cabin.
The $295.00 rent is for a weekend from Friday afternoon until noon on Sunday (or any three day/two night period that fits your schedule!)
Fall/Winter rates are $595 for a week or $295 for a three day/two night package. Summer rates (May 1 thru Labor Day) are $795.00 per week and $395.00 per weekend based on Monday afternoon until Sunday at noon for week rentals (or other six night stays that work for you and that we can fit in the schedule) and Fri afternoon until Sunday at Noon for weekend rentals. Other schedules may be able to be accomodated but may be different rates if it affects other rental periods. Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July and Labor Day weekend have a $200.00 additional charge.
This is a newly remodeled cabin on the east shore of Cross Lake with a great relaxing view. Located just a few minutes from I35 at Pine City Minnesota.
It will sleep 6 comfortably. 1 queen bed in main floor bedroom, 1 full size bed upstairs, 1 full size sofa sleeper in living room, 1 full size futon couch upstairs. Its furnished and linens/towels/dishes/pots & pans/silverware are supplied for your use during rental. New kitchen appliances and Dish Network satellite tv.
New deck and newly remodeled inside offers you a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your time-off. Youll have a master bedroom with queen bed and a private full bath. Theres an upper level suite area thats a bedroom with full bed, 3/4 bath and sitting/play area. The main floor has a new kitchen, 1/4 bath, dining area and living room with a gas fireplace with a rock front and norway pine mantle.
The wrap around deck with the tempered glass "clear-view" railing overlooks the lake and gives you a great place to sit and relax. Its on the east shore so you have the nice afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets to enjoy while youre here!
There are new steps down to the lake to make it easy to enjoy the shoreline. The lake bottom is gravel/sand and good for swimming and or fishing but the lakehore is grass, not sand.
There is a fire pit area with a picnic table. Firewood isnt provided but its available in town.
Cross Lake is a good fishing lake, especially for for crappies and bluegills, so bring your fishing poles. You can bring your boat or fish right off the dock. Pontoon rental is also available in the summer for an additional $200.00 per day plus fuel. Its a nice newer Ercoa 21ft pontoon with a canopy. Its powered by a 75HP Mercury. Guided pontoon rental is also available and includes pontoon, driver and fuel for $75.00 per hour (2hr minimum).
Cross Lake is about 975 acres and is long an narrow making it great for waterskiing, tubing, etc. Its connected to Pokegama Lake via the Snake River and gives you over 3000 acres of boatable water.
Youll have lots of area entertainment with Grand Casino Hinckley just a few miles to the north with great music, food and gaming options. Hinckley also offers a newer 6 screen movie theater and several nice eating establishments. Pine City also has some good restaurant and pizza places. Theres a Wal-Mart and Pamida a couple minutes away for anything you forgot to bring! There are also local specialty shops for unique shopping.

$300.00 damage deposit required to make the reservation. This can be paid on a credit card using Paypal if you want. Rental fee is due at least two weeks before your rental date. Pontoon rental and/or extras can be paid when you arrive. (Cash only)
No smoking or pets allowed due to allergies.
There are parking spaces for about three vehicles and a boat trailer.
This is a privately owned cabin. The garage, basement and some closets are locked out and are not included in the rental.
