May September $120/night (3 night min) or $700/week
October April $90/night (3 night min) or $500/week
$200 security deposit required to secure reservation.
Full rental fee due 14 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit is forfeited if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in or will be refunded within 14 days of check-out if no damage.
