In the wintertime, our place is enjoyed by multiple families who wish to enjoy the two ski resorts known to Western New York: Holiday Valley (two miles away) and Holimont Ski Resort (1/4 mile away). We are within one mile from the center of Ellicottville. In the summertime, our house is perfect for family reunions and accommodates larger groups for such things as weddings, rallies, or any of the many festivals that Ellicottville offers during the weekends in summer. Our house has six bedrooms: two with king size beds, and the rest with full size beds. Our largest room has two full size beds and two twin beds. We have a fully finished basement, living room, dining room, kitchen, den, gazebo and deck in addition to three full bathrooms and laundry facilities. The only thing youll need to bring with you when you come to stay is a suitcase with clothes and money for groceries. Everything else is provided for.
