A groomed sitting area outside is private and easy on the eyes. 2000 SQ FEET OF PRIVACY INCLUDING LIVING ROOM with FIREPLACE/DINING ROOM/KITCHEN& SITTING ROOM/ PRIVATE DECK AND YARD/LAUNDRY/ 3 BRS/ 2 COMPUTERS/ FULL BATH AND LARGE MASTER BATH w/2 PERSON SHOWER.
If you dont need total privacy, you can also book individual rooms here from as little as $45/65 for the twin room, Queen from $55/75 and the King master suite with deck and private bath w/oversized shower and dressing room for $125/150. All depending on availability, length of stay and time of year.
There is a two night minimum stay required. Owner is willing to negotiate rates for larger groups and stays longer than a week.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 14 days or less before your check-in date, you forfeit the one night deposit.
Rates: $295/night for up to 4 guests; $10/night for each additional guest.
