Furnished Studio available from October 1st. It is fully furnished, a nice large light space with a separate stairwell through the back door. It has wireless internet. There is a kitchenette, a bathroom with bath and shower, a workspace as well as a bedroom area. There are 5 skylights, and two large windows, the windows look over a quiet street at one end and our garden at the other.
We are situated in Roslindale, which is next to the Longwood Medical hospitals or a walk from the Faulkner hospital.
The rent is $1000 per month with utilities, heat, (oil) water, internet included.
There is the possibility of off-street parking or ample on-street parking, with no parking sticker required.
We are a 5 minute walk from the restaurants, supermarket and the commuter T stop which runs to South Station in 12 minutes.
We live in the house below, and are non-smokers and do not have pets, we are quiet, working professionals and would need the same.
