I am currently renting a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (washer/dryer in unit) at the Alderwood Heights community in Lynnwood, Wa. The address is 18332 36th Ave W Lynnwood, Wa. 98037. My lease is up May 31, 2010 and cost to move in would be a $38 application fee. If I transfer my lease to someone elses name I would also be giving up my $260 reundable deposit. I would like to spilt this with whoever is taking over the lease to help out with cleaning costs. The unit is 863 sq feet with 1 covered parking space. $846.83/month includes: $815.83 (rent), $26.00 (water/sewer for 1 person), $5.00 (garbage).
My grandmother is in a nursing home and it costs a fotune to keep her there, family must sell her house or rent it out-I grew up there and would hate for the family to lose it. It would cost $1500 plus another $846.83 and I would be giving up my deposit if I break my lease and move out. I have until November 10th to find someone willing to take over, have the application processed and lease signed. I will be moving out throughout November, apartment will be spotless and move-in ready Dec 1st!!!!
Great neighborhood, pioneer park is right behing the complex, alderwood mall right down the hill, everything you need close by....
