Need help on Occassion

Any Safe and discreet handy man available for chores around my home Nothing major, just stuff I dont know how to do like adjust doors, install light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc. Long list. I will pay a fair price and or can barter for various items I have and dont need or things I have access to within reason. Be able to to discuss on phone if serious. No rush in getting any of the projects done. Just a little at a time. Please dont respond asking for a picture. Be serious or move along.
